The Frangipani is .75" wide with Czech Beads and sizes 11 and 15 Seed Beads.  Providing it isn't too long, it lays nicely around the neck beginning at 15" in 1" increments to 20".  If a Choker is requested, please measure the neck. 
If it is for a child, an optional 3" Extension Chain might be appropriate for growth. 
For each decreased inch below the 15" size, deduct $4.00.
